Business Policies

After receiving clear payment, your item will be dispatched within 24-48h from our Melbourne Warehouse. Provide a correct email address and phone number for communications regarding your order. Delivery times vary depending on Australia post and other courier services. We use signature on delivery service for insurance and other reasons, you can request a safe drop off service with Auspost. 

Please provide a correct address to avoid delays and additional postage costs. 

Pickup is available upon request.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason, you can return it within 30 days in the same unused condition as received for an exchange, store credit or full refund. Unsealed or used item will be treated as change of mind.

Change of mind: In change of mind cases if the item is in new condition refund will be issued minus any shipping and handling costs up to 20% depending on the item condition. Change of mind will not be entertained after 30 days.

Faulty items: Most of our items come with standard 12 months warranty, unless the listing state otherwise (see item description for used or refurbished items). If an item is faulty, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund. After 30 days it will fall under replacement warranty. 

Privacy Policy: 

We use secure payment processing systems no one has access to your bank or payment information. Your information is secured and will only be used in accordance with the IT MART communication policy.
